My trans body has been held by many hands that did not want to learn the curves of its roads. One day someone will see the rough current in my lakes, dive in beside me, and say they understand, they feel it too. On that day I will be heard. One that I will be seen. All the dead ends I have taken will suddenly lead my back into the arms of my trans body. I will be whole.
